Hosting over 400 people for a day is a joy, but only if we can share the 'behind-the-scenes' moments with others. In the past, we have had great support from many of you. This year, more than 30 volunteered time to help with these activities.

Program Guide Design
Each year, the IndyTechFest Program Guide serves as the reference point for attendees. The schedule, session descriptions, notetaking pages, and sponsor messages are provided in a quality bound book form. If you have capability to design an 88-page book (what is that signature, eh?), please volunteer.

Provisioning
Filling those backpacks with books, SWAG, and materials takes 2 hours for a crew of 10.  We have a good logistical system, and needed people. We had great discussions over dinner after the bags were stuffed.

Registration
Moving hundreds of people through the doors while giving them their badge and conference bag requires the smiling faces and attitudes of 12 people. It was a smooth process for registered attendees.
